You're sold out?
Don’t worry! You can still subscribe and read all about our previous boxes! Perfect to catch up and shop with our makers and contributors while you wait for the subscription period to open.

We always announce when subscriptions are open and when they close, so follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

When will I be charged for my box?
When you first subscribe, you will be immediately charged by whatever payment method you’ve chosen. All subsequent charges will be on or around the 26th of the month prior to the box shipping out. Boxes ship every other month on or around the 1st of the month.

For example, you will be charged on July 26, 2018 for the August box that will ship on August 1, 2018.

What if I need to cancel?
It’s all good! A subscription can be canceled or temporarily suspended at any time.

Whose products are in the box?
Boxes are curated exclusively by your AromaGirls. We look for unique, fun, and interesting products and samples from small businesses around the US, Australia and Canada. We search for high quality, artisinal, well-crafted products for each box that meet our exacting standards.

Each small business is featured on our website and across our social media. You can find links to all past and current box contributors on our website, Facebook page, and Instagram, and we encourage you to visit each one.

Do you ship International?
Yes, we do ship internationally. If your country does not appear during checkout, you get an error message, or the shipping appears to be way off base, please message us via our contact form or by email at subscribe@aromaboxme.com.  In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly. However, shipping outside of the US can be expensive.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
No worries! You can reset the password yourself by going to the Log In page and choosing “lost your password?”. You should receive an email with instructions. If you don’t receive the email, or have any trouble at all, simply email us directly at subscribe@aromaboxme.com and we can help you right away. Yahoo email accounts are the most likely to experience trouble.
